SHIPPING RATES
Estimated Fees:
To determine the estimated shipping cost to ship any item to your desired address, you may select any item and the estimated shipping cost will be displayed in your cart. The shipping rates are displayed on your shopping cart page, with a map showing your location and the option to select a different location. You are NOT obligated to make the purchase or provide a payment method if you do not choose to proceed to checkout.
Actual Shipping Fee
The actual shipping fee will be displayed at checkout once your actual destination address in inserted on the shipping page.
SHIPPING CARRIER
Mate CarCover processes online orders 7 days a week with some exceptions such as holidays. We typical process and package online orders placed before 5:00 pm EST on the same day an order is placed. Online orders placed after 5:00 PM EST are processed the following business day. Orders with a large number of items or the custom orders may take 2 or more additional days to process. While we process orders 7 days a week, DHL picks up shipments from our warehouse Monday through Saturday, with some exceptions including holidays.
Mate CarCover does not assume any responsible for any delays with shipping an order or the manner it was delivered after it is transferred to the possession of DHL or any other carrier.
