About Return Center Address

 

In order to better deal with your after-sales problems, contact a Customer Service Specialist within 90 days. We will give priority to the nearest return center based on your location, you can return the items back to the return address that our customer service provided. To ensure that we can process your return efficiently and provide you with a satisfactory resolution, we kindly ask you to take photos of the carcover side and upper for us to confirm the condition of the product. Thank you for your cooperation. Once we receive the return parcel in our return center we will inspect it for quality and any damage. Once the returned items pass through our inspection and quality check, we will issue a refund or arrange the exchange.

 

Note: Return address might be changed, any return must contact our customer service for the correct return address, otherwise we will not be responsible for the returns to the wrong address.

 

Satisfaction Guarantee

Mate Car Cover guarantees that product you ordered will arrive in new condition, be free of defects and will cover the vehicle for which you ordered. Our guarantee is only for covers ordered using our Make, Model, Year selector.

We will cover the return or exchange shipping cost if the cover you receive is an incorrect size for your vehicle. To help us determine if your return qualifies for free return shipping and meets our No-Hassle Sizing Guarantee guidelines, we may require photographs. We will not offer free return shipping for a cover with sizing issues without a photo of the cover on the vehicle.

 

How to Request a Return:

  • To complete a return request, simply utilize our contact form here: https://matecarcover.com/contact-us. Please include as much information as possible about your return including: Your order number, reason for the return, whether the package has or has not been opened, and whether you are looking for a replacement or a refund.
  • Our returns department will review your RMA request and notify you whether or not your request has been approved or denied. If approved, you will be provided with detailed instructions for returning or exchanging your purchase.
  • We will issue a refund when we have received confirmation from our warehouse that your original purchase has been received. Your refund will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account you used to make the purchase.
  • Upon approval of return, items must be shipped back within 15 days of receiving the RMA approval. Items shipped back after 15 days will not be accepted for return.
  • Items that do not qualify for our No-Hassle Sizing Guarantee are subject to a 20% restocking fee (depending on if the cover is dirty or not) and return shipping costs.
  • Items must be in new, unused, resellable conditions or will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Refunds processed beyond 60 days from the date of purchase will not be eligible for an electronic refund back to the original form of payment such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. We will have to issue a physical check and the order will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee, assuming the merchandise is in unopened and new condition as well as original shipping costs. 
  • You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the return has been processed and you have been refunded.
  • Refunds may have original shipping costs deducted in some instances. 

Please note that it may take up to 14 business days to process your return and receive a refund.

If you are exchanging or replacing a purchase, your new purchase(s) will be shipped when we have received confirmation from the carrier that the returned purchase(s) has been received. When we ship your new purchase(s), you will be sent a notification via e-mail. This e-mail will also contain a new tracking number!
